Center Enamel Co., Ltd provides liquid storage tank with capacity from minimum to maximum 20,000m3 . We design and manufacture the tank according to America standard “AWWA D-103/09 Factory Coated Bolted Steel Tanks from Water Storage” . The designed lifespan of our liquid storage tank is over 30 years . The so-called liquid storage tank we provide is glass-fused-steel tanks ( GFS tanks ) , in some places, it is also named vitrified steel tanks , or glass lined steel tanks ( GLS tanks) .

There are not just only one type of bolted tanks . Actually, bolted tanks could be galvanized steel bolted tank, stainless steel bolted tank , epoxy steel bolted tank , and last but not the least glass fused steel bolted tanks . Among them , epoxy tanks and glass steel tanks are two type of tanks which are most probably be mixed up .

Specification of Center Enamel’s Liquid Storage Tanks :
1. Coating Color : standard dark blue and dark green . Moreover , colors can be customized.
2. Thickness of coating : 0.25～0.45mm , double coating. 2 layers of enamel coating forms superfine glass foam-like structure of the enameling layer , enable the materials' excellent flexibility and durability.
3. Acid and alkalinity proof : Standard sheet PH : 4～11; Special sheet PH : 1～14.
4. Adhesion : 3450 N / cm
5. Elastic : Same as steel sheet, around 500 Kn / mm.
6. Hardness : 6.0 ( Mohs )
7. Service life : The super performance of the glass fused to steel sheet offer a long lifespan in excess of 30 years
8. Holiday test ( spark test) : > 1500v
9. Permeability : Gas / liquid impermeable. It’s very suitable for waste water treatment, biogas digester.
10. Corrosion resistance : Excellent. suitable for waste water treatment , sewage treatment , effluent treatment , salt water ,sea water , high-sulfur crude oil , salt fox , organic and inorganic compounds.
11. Capacity : Wide range from 20 m3 to 18000 m3. Moreover , the tanks can be expanded and remodel easily.
